I was excited about this tax season before receiving poor customer service from Intuit. Last Saturday, I processed my mother's tax return. There were no errors. I attempted to do a print review and got a message that I had used all 50 of my paid individual tax returns. False. I have called Intuit twice, last Saturday and Monday. Both times, I was told that my case would be escalated to the tech support. I think that we all know the definition of escalation. It does not mean to do nothing. No one has contacted me. Yes, I am angry as heck. The company was quite eager to get my money, but they are AWOL at contacting their paid customers. This is very poor customer service and in my opinion, Intuit tech support should be revamp to provide better service to tax professionals. As a paying customer, there is no reason why tech support personnel are not working on weekends and once a complaint is called in to the company, it should be resolve immediately. We may not agree with everything that is occurring in President Trump's administration, but maybe if the same tactics were used with Intuit operation, then it would definitely be a better outcome. Fired the slackers.

But then Intuit would have zero employees. 🤣
Seriously though, it is the fault of management, not necessarily the individual non-management employees. In my opinion, EVERY manager at Intuit should be removed.
This is not new. Intuit's customer support has been practically non-existent for many years.
I really hope somebody is able to help you with your problem soon. Unfortunately, it may take several more calls though until you find somebody that is actually able to help.
