Seriously though, it is the fault of management, not necessarily the individual non-management employees.  In my opinion, EVERY manager at Intuit should be removed.

This is not new.  Intuit's customer support has been practically non-existent for many years.

 

I really hope somebody is able to help you with your problem soon.  Unfortunately, it may take several more calls though until you find somebody that is actually able to help.
