Updating older year versions of ProSeries

I received the notification to update ProSeries for 2016-2022. I am not able to open ProSeries for any year prior to 2020. How can I open the previous year versions to update them?

You can update from the Windows Programs/Apps menu, This shows 2019, but each year has an Update option listed below it
