Why can't I print a 2015 tax return unless I pay $30. I have paid for unlimited Federal, State and E-file. ?

I am trying to print a tax return that I prepared for 2015.  It will not print unless I pay $30.  What do I need to do?

Try re-licensing the program - I've heard that often works.

Thank you so much.  I did not do that but I will if I have the trouble again.  I was able to find a hard copy of the old return and I just made a copy.  Thanks again.

$30 seems like an odd amount, Im not sure how it came up with that figure...definitely try Tools > License Product next time you attempt to print something that asks for payment
