I signed out of Pro series basic, signed back in and now the Esignature works.
I got an error message when requesting an e-signature with PS Professional.
The message told me to try again later and that the problem was on the Intuit side.
I eventually rebooted my machine and it worked.
Did not try to just log out or PS Professional and try again.
