I cannot find anything regarding a cost on the Pay-per-return information. Is there a fee?

Base is $513 (Fast-path).  1040s are $41.  Click on "Pay-as-you-go pricing" for the rest.

This shows 2018 and prior years costs for PPR, Im guessing 2019 will be  a bit higher, just like each year prior.  I didnt run across the 2019 pricing schedule, it may not be officially released yet.
