    The software actually is working pretty well this year

    I always complain when there is an issue, but it has worked well this year.  Still, they need to ACTUALLY READ and implement our suggestions, but no serious issues at all this year.

    I agree.  No issues other than waiting for some forms to be finalized…………….. but the season isn’t over yet, they still have plenty of time to disappoint us😁
