PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION DEDUCTION
I heard TCJA allow Private school Tuition Deduction for school student. I did not able to find any rulues regarding this issue. Please let me know what is the form to claim the tuition on Federal Tax return 1040.

No, there is no deduction for K-12 schools on the Federal return.
However, the TCJA did change that Qualified Tuition Plans ("529 Plans") can now be used for K-12 private schools, so that is probably what you 'heard'. So if the taxpayer has contribute to a 529 plan, it can be withdrawn for K-12 private school tuition.
