Clergy housing allowance deduction challenged in court? Has a decision been made yet?

The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the lower court's decision in March and held that the tax treatment is constitutional.  The Freedom From Religion Foundation announced last month they will not appeal at this time given the current make-up of the Supreme Court justices.
