Can i access the Form1040NR in proseries basic?

I need to file a tax return for a J1 visa holder. Came to US to teach in August 2018.

From what I recall, 1040NR is not included in PS Basic.  You can check the availability of forms and the release schedule here (when the site is back up): https://accountants.intuit.com/tax/proseries/resources/release-dates/index-18.jsp

Thanks! I did see this article but it was from last year so i was hoping the 2018 basic program will give me that option.

When you buy Basic, you can use Professional (including 1040NR) on a Pay-Per-Return basis.  So you would only need to pay for that one return.

I saw the NR roll in when I updated the other day, but I use Professional.  

Is it in your list of programs to choose when you Select and Download New Products?

It only gives me the states for downloads.

Thank you, if I am only making one client, can I just pay for one? rather than upgrade to PS Professional?
