We upgraded our computer system and had to download the tax software again. When we repopulated the client data base, it does not show extensions filed nor efile acceptance. Is there a way to load this information as well?

go to EF Center. Then the Pending tab. HIghlight all returns. then on top row "E-File">"Electronic Filing"> 'Update Acknowledgement status...…………."
