Can I call someone to get answers on the telephone. They used to have a number we could call and they would work through it with us.

Even on the Intuit Payroll for Accountants they got rid of chat and the phone number. Now you have to go through QuickBooks phone numbers and even that was "hidden". You had to click a button to unhide it. What is going on?
This is really frustrating. I don't know what to do. The Community Forum is good, but sometimes when things don't work you really need to talk to a specialist to talk and work through it on the phone. I am at a standstill at this time.

As for Quickbooks, I am tearing my hair out right now with dealing with a credit card fee overcharge. After about an hour of trying to figure out how to contact them, I've been on chat now for 1 hour and 41 minutes. Just to try to fix an overcharge.
