So how long is it going to take Pro Series to update the withdrawal date to 5.17.21????

IRS rules 5 days ago or more that TP can file and pay extended to 5/17/21-- so why isn't the Pro Series updated??? I input 5/17/2021 for my client who owes a few thousand and Pro Series says it's a f error???

They have to wait for IRS to update their programming for the new date...took IRS a few weeks to get it done last year when the date changed, hopefully they can get it done quicker this time around.

You would think after 17 years, a person would spend 17 seconds researching this site that contains a wealth of knowledge from very smart folks who would rather be answering and helping other prepares with not common knowledge questions. Nah.  I'll stick with my current job as court jester.  Kings get overthrown from time to time.  I kinda like the job security of the jester.  Besides. I believe the court jester was the precursor to the Walmart greeter.
