Why is my program crashing when I have 64 bit and it was said that this was not affecting 64 bit?

It was a thought that 64 bit might be safe, it wasn't a guarantee.

I know all 6 of our machines are 64 bit and so far we have had one crash so it does happen.  We print only the filing copy.

You cant print to PDF either?  I updated, and now cant print, but I can print to PDF  I have not crashed....yet.

So far my 64-bit laptop hasn't crashed and prints without problems. My 32-bit desktop is still unable to print and crashes repeatedly. Intuit is being sluggish with a fix, but it could be that if you're using a 64-bit system and having issues, the problem could lie elsewhere so maybe some tech support troubleshooting may help. Hopefully they'll figure this out soon. It's much easier and quicker for me to use my desktop for tax returns.
