once again the real time signatures do not line up in the software with the quick collect product.. it had the same problem in the TY2019 product.... was fixed by mid February 2020,,, however this year i have called every week since the beginning of the season with no update or understanding in site

Thank you @Olympus Tax for bringing this to our attention. I have reported the bug, and we will prioritize accordingly.
My guess is that we should be able to get a fix out in early March.

Thank you Matt for responding and taking care of this issue,,, was the fix because of your monitoring this site or my repeated phone calls that seem to have done nothing but frustrate me on the incompetence of the telephone support that Intuit offers.
