Hi,
I am getting errors on a S-Corp tax return under California state tax return on form FTB 3544 which required a Part B list of Assigned Credit Received and/or Claimed by Assignee to be completed.
The FTB 3544 request a Credit Name and Credit code, along with an Assignor name. There are no creditor owing any money, the company lost money due to the owner not making any money.
