I'm clicking to EFile a return-there are no errors. When it starts the conversion process is says conversion failed. I attached a PDF with all the 1099B's-not sure if that's the hold up. PLEASE HELP! There are no errors when I run the review. Also, already checked for updates-but there are none.
I didn’t even think about that. That’s totally something that could be the issue. Is there a way to tell and how would I fix it? Or would I just have to mail in the 8949 details?
Ok well removed the attachments and tried and the convert process still didn’t work.
