I have two clients whose status has been "Received by Intuit" since 02/08/2021.I do not know what I can do to resolve this. Has anyone been going through this?

If Homebase tune-up and refresh updates won't solve the problem you should:
Resolution:
1. Create and rename folder on desktop
2. Highlight account on homebase 1040 ind
3. File>Client file maintenance>copy/back up >set up target directory>desktop>created folder
4. Check created folder from desktop if files are there
5. Delete acct from PS
6. Restore acct from target directory (desktop folder)
7. Highlighted acct and update acknowledgement (checked EF status "Marked for EF")
8. EF now
