Normally, after federal returns are accepted, Proseries immediately sends Oregon returns "to state." But for the past day, all those Oregon returns are still "received by Intuit," even though the federals were accepted a day ago. Is anyone else seeing this?
It happens sometimes. But have you highlighted the clients and clicked on "update acknowledgements" just to make sure it isn't just a bad status showing?
Thanks for responding. Yes, everything is up to date. It's always frustrating when it is difficult to understand why there are delays. I'll try calling Oregon Pro tax help but he usually doesn't know things like this. The issue is really why Intuit is delaying the transfers to Oregon but customer service at Proseries doesn't know either.
Sometimes they will do delays like that when there is a known bug in the software or there is a backlog at the tax agency. But as you know, Intuit isn't known in the world as the Great Communicator. 😁
