Am I the only customer disappointed in the low quality of service this year? The usual quality of service received over the years has seemed to have significantly declined this year.
One problem that I encountered today is that there is no place on the 1099-R worksheet to enter a Housing Allowance for retired clergy who receive a pension, rather than a salary. The only solution offered by the so-called expert, after being placed on an extended hold, was to enter a negative number in "Other Income". That is not clear enough for my comfort.
