    Reject code IND-517-01

    Individual return rejected because one of the dependents had been claimed on another return.

    ProSeries reject notification says :  "If multiple dependents are present in this return,review the "Reject Value" field.  This value will represent the bad SSN."

    Where do I find the "reject Value" field?

    Does this help at all?  If for a mismatch SSN/name but it explains how to tell which dependent the reject is referring to.
