Red "Missing Client Info" not saving to homebase in 1040

I noticed this morning that when I'm in 1040 product and I add a note to the "missing information" box (red exclamation point) it doesn't save.  The red exclamation mark shows up from Homebase view but when I click on it from homebase it's blank.  1120-S and 1065 seem to be working fine.
