Why are some of the tax returns showing a change to the return for the refundable rebate credit when the return was filed correctly???

The announcement referred to below doesn't address the recovery credit. It has to do with a sale of real property.
The tax return originally filed included the correct amount of the refundable recovery credit. The ProSeries tax program came back with a "change to the tax return" report showing the original filing with out the recovery credit and the revised information with the credit. I prepared the return with the credit originally. There should not have been a change to their tax return. I have had several clients that this happened to and each client the return was filed correctly. Why did this happen? What was filed with the IRS my original information or what the tax program shows????
