Are we able to file Recovery Rebate Credit Form only using Proseries Professional?

Are you asking if a return can be filed just to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit ? - because there is a worksheet for the calculating the RRC for the amount to enter on line 30 of Form 1040 but no RRC Form.

Edit:   Sorry sent reply without actually answering:   Yes, just RRC can be claimed on the tax return.

OK, thank you, we are not able to file RRC worksheet only with 1040 and no other income I am understanding.

I haven't ACTUALLY prepared a return with JUST RRC.   But if I complete the worksheet with $0 EIPs received it does calculate a refund and there are no Error messages......
