1) Yes, IF you backed them up to the cloud.
2) BUT more importantly, you need to contact your E&O carrier, etc. due to the fact that your client's info has now been (potentially) compromised. As well as you need to follow the IRS instructions (as well as your specific state instructions) regarding how EACH client now needs to be notified of the possible data breach.
Only if you use a cloud backup program, Intuit doesn't store copies of the returns at all.
A stolen computer can be a huge liability issue for you and your client's information, do you have any type of cyber insurance to help you recover from this?
