Wont let me download previous year software even though I own the latest version software

This has been promised to me by numerous reps and yet no one will help. This company doesn't care about their customers let alone their employees!

do you have the fast path?  you need that

Yup! 

not to mention wasting 3hr+ on tax day

Yes, It says it can't verify my license but I have purchased the latest software and currently using the current year software just fine.

what if you click on Tools > License products

it says for the previous year -- your ProSeries license is currently not available

you may have installed the wrong edition of ProSeries, or do not have a current fast path license.
