Does anyone know why ProSeries decided not to print direct deposit information on the paper return? I have a client that must paper file due to credits and they would like the refund directly deposited. The MO-1040 on the Missouri website has the information, but not ProSeries

Has anyone gotten an answer to this? It's annoying to have all information entered into the program, yet it will not print for paper filed returns.
Also, if we could just attach the Form MO-TC to the return for electronic filing, then I would never be forced to file a paper return. Why can't this be done?
This post was actually from two years ago and they finally corrected the problem. I see now that ProSeries is at it again. Two years ago MO had changed their returns, but not this year. There is NO reason the direct deposit boxes should be left off the returns! I am not sure at this point how to get them to fix it.
