My client's returned keeps being rejected by the IRS. She did not have HealthCare Marketplace insurance last year but there is a record of 2 different insurances, A case has been filed with them for enrollment without permission. I filed the ACA explanation with her tax return but it still comes back rejected. Is there anything else I need to do.

When you attach the statement, choose Type as Other and make sure you put ACA Explanation as the Description.
