Why is Proseries Basic closing for no reason?

Every time I try to Request E-Signature the program closes. Anyone else?

I have and have done what it says to do twice and the program is still closing for no apparent reason. Once I hit a save and it closed. Once I clicked in the blue box on the left and it closed. Not good. Grrrr...
