I have a client who withdrew $15,000 from his Roth IRA. He redeposited $10,000 within the 60 days. Where do I enter the $10,000 to show the rollover? Do I enter the $10,000 on the 1099R worksheet part 2?

If you have Roth IRA box checked on Line 7, it should fill in B4 with $15,000 then enter the $10,000 on B2. Your 1040 should then have correct amounts on 4c and 4d.
Lines B and C page 2 of 1099-R worksheet
Thank you so much for responding to my question. Am I correct that lines B1-B3 are for traditional IRAs. The instructions tell you to use lines B5 or B6 for an Roth IRA. I can't seem figure this out.
There is no line C.

Thank You! It worked!
