turbotax basic download on new conputer

Am replacing my old computer. I saved contents of old computer on external drive. I have successfully downloaded the professional series but I need to down load the basic series for ty2019..

Did you purchase Professional or Basic?

And you may want to edit your title...it says TurboTax not ProSeries.

Use this link scroll down to ProSeries and and log into your Intuit online account, everything thats available for you to download is there, if what you want isnt there, you'll need to call support.

I dont think you purchased both.

If you buy Basic, they let you have a copy of Professional to use for business returns on a Pay Per Return basis.

But if you bought Professional, they dont give you access to Basic (you have no use for it).

Soooo, if you bought Pro, you wont find Basic available to download.
