trying to move ProSeries to a new computer. Getting this error message
A couple thoughts.
Try rebooting your computer.
Try opening task manager and close any programs running in the background - especially if it is an Intuit product.
You wouldnt "move" PS to a new computer, youd "install" it on a new computer.
Are you logged into your My Proseries account and downloading/installing the program on the new system?
