I have checked all the new boxes in the federal info worksheet. Maybe I am missing something else new this year. The OH checklist does not have any forms listed under School District either. (They were listed there in past years)

- on the federal informatin worksheet, in Part VI, in the drop down select Ohio SD 100
- . on state side:
- enter school district number under zip code on state information worksheet
- click box in part II for ohio school district tax return and click quick zoom
- scroll down about 15% on the SD 100 and enter school district # in the first column
- finish that row where applicable (it does not auto populate from federal)
