How can I get the full report of the all taxes transmitted under my EFIN?

This says you can check your EFIN status page to make sure your return count matches what your EFIN shows. I dont think ProSeries has a "report" per se, but you should be able to see how many returns you transmitted and were accepted in Homebase (another reason why you should only ever transmit and download acknowledgments from a single computer)

I feel like they always make that EServices log in spot hard to find!

access your EFIN application, then you can View your EFIN Status from there...the website is kind of clunky, but its in there, I just fumbled my way through it and found my EFIN count for 2022 and 2023.
