    Status of E filed return CA

    I have returns e filed more than 24 hours ago. IRS has accepted them but CA has not. CA FTB's acceptance used to be within two hours. Why is it taking long this time?

    People filing late would be my guess.

    CA has a 36 hour delay in accepting acks, I dunno why.
