Solar panels installed on a rental

Looks like we use Form 3468, but yowsers, there's a lotta stuff on 3468!   When I scroll down to the Solar portion its asking me about Kilowatt capacities Ac and Dc, Im struggling understand what Im supposed to put in here.

The contractor itemization shows installing a 6.97 kw system.

17 solar panels, each panel will be 410 kw per panel

Nothing says anything about Dc or Ac

Can anyone add any clarity to this for me?

That is most likely DC.  The panels are rated based on DC.  The entire "system" could be in either DC or AC (AC means after the panel goes though the "inverter" to convert it to AC; typically solar installers refer to DC, but the utility company usually refers to AC).

3468 is asking for Storage capacity (kW) of your property, is that the 17x410?

Right, the "storage" section means a battery, not the panels.
