After hitting the update icon, the proseries connected customer screen pops up asking for customer number and zip code. The correct information is entered (same as always), but when hitting the next button nothing happens. I've tried restarting my computer and trying again many times. What should be done to fix it? I need to e-file a client's return, but I get an error message when trying and need the updated software.

Try using the REFRESH updates option, see if that makes any difference.
