We detected at least two customers that were processed, sent to the IRS, and accepted but there's no record on the homebase and we don't have their files on the data folder.
I searched the whole computer, checked the recycle bin, but there's no info from these customers. Like if they never been there. Both were transmitted successfully and accepted by the IRS but we lost all the information. I'm going to perform a backup of the home base just in case from now on but please let me know if you experienced the same issue.
We use Windows 10 home, version 20H2 Build 19042.1526
Thank you very much in advance for your help in regards to this matter.

Can you restore from a recent backup? Do these clients have anything in common such as prepared at the same workstation or efiled the same day ?
I would start with trying the "Homebase Maintenance" under the "homebase" tab.
other things to try.
Restart Proseries.
Reboot Computer.
Look in your data directory to see if you can actually see the file name there.
I remember reports of this in prior years, are you on a Network?
I feel like Intuit might have blamed it on an overzealous anti virus, but I cant confirm that to be the cause.
Hopefully you have a backup system in place and can restore these missing client data files from your backup.
