Set up Zip code list

System doesn't enter City State when entering Zip code. What do I need to do to fix this?

In Professional its not a setting it just happens by default.   Doesnt matter what zip code you enter, it wont pop up any city?     Is this for the clients address or a W2 address or ?  I have W2s and 1099Rs that sometimes the zip code is in the box, but no city....just randomly, no clue why.

In PS Pro it is a setting under Options, General, Data Entry, Zip Code automation.

Does that box come checked by default?    New computer, new install, I dont remember ever checking that box, but its checked.

Me too.  New computer and it is checked and I know I didn't check it since I didn't even know where the box was hiding.

That's probably a carryover in the Common folder from prior years.
