In Professional its not a setting it just happens by default.   Doesnt matter what zip code you enter, it wont pop up any city?     Is this for the clients address or a W2 address or ?  I have W2s and 1099Rs that sometimes the zip code is in the box, but no city....just randomly, no clue why.
