Send Error

We have been getting Send Error for a message for the last several days while trying to e-file individual tax returns. Seems to be happening randomly. Some taxes go through others don't. does anyone have a solution?

I usually wait for the end of the day and transmit all returns that I have signatures for all as a batch, but I find if I tag 15 returns to transmit at once, I end up with a couple that have a Send Error, so Ive been sending them in smaller chunks, maybe 4 -5 at a time.
