Do you know if there is a deadline to issue schedule K-1 for form 1041 ? What is the consequence if schedule K-1 was issued after deadline ?

Trust returns are due April 18 this year.

Extensions can be requested.

Unless the trust is under some kind of court supervision providing otherwise, the deadline for providing the K-1s is the same as for the tax return.
