When a fellow preparer answers my question, I do not see the response sent to my email. Can someone help me?

The response is here on the forum. The e-mail just alerts you to a response so you look here.
There is a checkbox to the right that says "Email me when someone replies". Uncheck it.
You need to confirm your Profile is not excluding notification.
how do I change my email in my profile?
Top right, click on your avatar, then My settings, then Personal > Email, and see if you checkmarked "Don't send me any community emails."
that still will not let me change my email?
Did you want to "change my email address" or "change my email settings?"
