Hello All:
I have not used an e signature yet this tax season. Tried to use my first one today. It seemed easy enough to request an e signature, then I got to a message telling me I did not have any in my account, with an option to purchase, signed again with my user name and password, then I got a message about my first and last name starting with an alpha character, there was an 800 number to call, it just brought me back to the same place. Any help anyone can provide will be very much appreciated.
