1120-S was successfully e-filed, but ProSeries continues to say the CT-3-S cannot yet be processed. There are no erro I don't see anything on ProSeries that even indicates there's a delay. I've been trying for over a week now. Anyone know if there's some sort of holdup?

richrutt,
I think the difficulty efiling the CT-3-S was caused because on Friday, February 4th, Proseries had not release a version of the software yet that allowed efiling of NY returns.
On Saturday, an update was released for NY, that now includes functionality to efile the CT-3-S return. If you go ahead and update your Proseries then you should be able to transmit your filing now.
Check this link. You can access in PS help "form availability"
The availability list does not list CT-3-S.
If not on list of supported forms, then it looks like you will have to fill out and mail in. See instructions.

Thanks! I updated and was then able to e-file the return. Isn't there a way to see which forms are not yet available to file? The response each time I previously tried to file the return did not clearly say that this particular return was not yet set up in ProSeries to e-file.
There is typically info a few different spots to verify what forms are available or not:
1. https://myproconnect.intuit.com/releasedates follow this link, select 1120S & states, scroll down to NY and click on Form Info. It will list the supported forms and if it is ready for efile.
2. the Readme provided with each release also usually details what forms are available or not with each release. Go to Help menu, Help Center, click on the plus sign next to ReadMe Information and scroll down to New York State S Corporation.
Hope this helps.
