Is everyone having problems getting updates from intuit?

Should be downloading and installing in the background.

Top menu bar  Information > Logs > Updates Logs

No problems other than availability.

Once they are available I have had no problems downloading and installing.

Downloading is working fine but having trouble with getting  NJ update  can't file  or print NJ returns yet. I was told update would be here yesterday.     Just concerned because clients are asking for returns

Background is installed and I still have problems getting updates. I refreshed the software and got the two states I was waiting on but the refreshing takes a lot of time.
