What causes ProSeries to fail to load or startup? It just keep circling in an indefinite loop.

if anything else is running or loading at the same time, I usually just walk away while its starting up, so I dont have to be irritated that its taking so long.

I know this is a common reply, but have you tried restarting your system? Seems to always do the trick.
With that said, my 2024 program seems to take a bit longer to start-up but I've never had it not start. If that is what is happening to you, maybe a call to support to troubleshoot is in order. Good luck.

I've had this delay too, often it may be Proseries updating in the background. Always at an inconvenient time!

I uninstalled Proseries and reinstalled it, and still instead of the login screen, I get this continuous circling, and circling motion trying to open the program. It can't be something working in the background or multiple programs opening simultaneously. I did the Update, Update Refresh, Reinstallation, and other troubleshooting measures.
