Can ProSeries be relicense to another business name once used during tax season?

I would assume so.   Returns filed prior to the name change will have the old firm name on the return.

If your business firm name changed you need to update it with EServices on your EFIN application, then send a copy of that application summary to Intuit so they can update your product license to display the correct Firm information.

I understand the process and IRS is working on processing name change.  Due to time constraints of loading software, getting organizers to clients, etc., can it be changed with Intuit anytime, i.e. once tax season begins and we have started preparing and efiling tax returns.

Lisa, where is the Eservices or the EFin Application located.  I do not see it under any of the tabs at the top of the page?  Thank you for your help

@humphreysron  you won't find the tab in Proseries.  Need to go IRS website

............ and you should have started the EFIN application process long ago if you are planning on e-filing returns in January.
