I'm having issues signing on to Proseries tax program for tax year 2024. I downloaded the program the other day and it worked fine. Today, I'm getting the following error message:
"THIS ACTION CAN’T BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THE UNDERLYING SERVICE IS TAKING LONGER THAN TO RESPOND. PLEASE RETRY AFTER SOME TIME. IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT."
I've tried rebooting my computer multiple times and I've rebooted my modem just in case the connection issue was on my end. Nothing has worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to download the ProSeries tool hub:

It means something is running in the background that either needs to be closed, or you just wait it out. Happens to me often when my cloud backup is running.

Another thing you can do is go to tools and select Product Licensed to refresh your license should also fix it
