I am attempting to log in to ProSeries 2023 on Windows 11, and the sign in screen simply keeps spinning.
It doesn't happen for other years.
At the moment, I cannot log in to the software to review / complete returns.
first line of defense.. task manager > close the program there..
then try again.. after that, restart computer
